All prices are per person and include the deluxe pension.

Dogs accepted upon request at an additional daily charge of € 10.00. Dogs are not permitted in the dining room, lawns, and in the wellness area.

For a stay of less than 3 days there is an additional charge of 10% per night.

Your room will be ready at 2:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival; checkout is 11:00 a.m. on the day of your departure.

Payment in the hotel: cash, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard)

Travel insurance:

in order to avoid charges in case you are not able to travel or are forced to arrive late, we recommend to buy travel insurance. On request you will receive the necessary documents when you book. Otherwise you can cancel by up to five weeks prior to the start of your vacation free of charge. For later cancellations you will be charged for the room for three days in full (even in the case that a vacation is cancelled).

So that we can reserve your preferred appointment for you, we recommend that you book it when you book your room. Information: Missed treatments are unpleasant for everyone– for this reason, please give us at least 12 hours notice prior to the beginning of your treatment if you cancel!  In the case of cancellation on short notice, we must, unfortunately, charge you 70% of the price for the treatment you booked.
