The Dalia Panorama Suite and the Yasmin Suite, each with two separate bedrooms, as well as the two-story Orchid Suite with a separate bedroom and living area, offer particularly spacious accommodations. The Dalia Suite and the Orchid Suite also feature two bathrooms.

Yes, for guests with allergies, we are happy to provide allergy-friendly pillows and bedding that do not contain down. Please let us know when you make your reservation or before your arrival.

Yes, the Blumenhotel features a Feng Shui relaxation garden surrounding the outdoor pool, offering panoramic views where guests can relax and sunbathe.

The spa area offers a variety of massages, facial and body treatments, beauty and cosmetic services, baths, body wraps, and hammam treatments. The offerings include, among other things, full-body, sports, anti-stress, lymphatic, and foot reflexology massages, as well as manicures, pedicures, and various facial treatments.

Yes, bathrobes and sauna towels are provided in your room. Bath slippers are available free of charge at the front desk, or you may bring your own.

Yes, guests at the Blumenhotel receive the South Tyrol Guest Pass for Scena. This pass allows you to use public transportation in South Tyrol, as well as the Scena Hiking Bus and select public cable cars, free of charge. You can use the Guest Pass as early as your arrival. At the Blumenhotel, you can pay in cash or with Visa, Mastercard, and real-time bank transfer. Please note that, in accordance with applicable laws, cash payments are limited to a maximum of € 4,999.00.
How much is the local tax per person per night?
The local tax is € 3.80 per person per night for guests 14 years of age and older. It is not included in the room rate and will be charged separately on site.
What are the cancellation policies?
In the event of a cancellation of your reservation at Baumgartner's Blumenhotel, the following cancellation policy applies:
- Up to 45 days before arrival: free cancellation
- 44 to 3 days before arrival: 70% of the booked hotel package
- Less than 3 days before arrival: 100% of the booked hotel package
- In case of no-show, late arrival, or early departure: 100% of the booked hotel package
