Arrival and departure
- Your room will be available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
Beauty treatments
- To ensure we can reserve your beauty treatments and spa packages at your preferred time,
we recommend booking your desired treatments in advance.
If you need to cancel a treatment, please let us know at least twelve hours in advance!
In the event of a last-minute cancellation, we regret that we will have to charge 70% of the price of the booked treatment.
Bus connection
- You can reach us with bus line 231 (Schenna/Verdins).
The best place to get off is at the “Schule” stop.
Pets
- Dogs are accepted on request. Daily rate: €20–30 without food.
Please note that your dog must remain in your room during meal times
and is not allowed on the lawn or in the wellness area.
Garage | E-charging station | Bike storage
- Our hotel's garage and private parking spaces are available to you free of charge.
- You can conveniently charge your electric vehicle at our hotel's e-charging station.
- For cycling enthusiasts: Scena and the Merano region are wonderful to explore by e-bike.
A dedicated charging station and a lockable bike storage room are available for your bikes – secure,
convenient, and always ready for your next tour.

Cancellation policy
- Cancellations are free of charge up to 45 days before the date of arrival.
- If you are unable to stay at the hotel after this deadline,
you will be charged 70% of the booked hotel arrangement. - In case of no-show, late arrival, or early departure, we charge 100% of the booked arrangement.
The cancellation conditions apply regardless of whether the canceled rooms are rebooked in whole or in part.
Cancellations
Sometimes, things can happen before you leave for your holiday. Taking out a travel cancellation insurance policy can protect you financially. When you book, we’ll provide you with the necessary documents. If you cancel up to 45 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will incur no fee. If you cancel within 45 days of your arrival, arrive late or in the event of a no show, you will incur a fee of 70% of the invoice for the stay you booked with us. If you choose to end your stay early, 100% of the invoice will be payable.
